Again Kollywood calling for Asin.



Though Asin has been waiting for more Bollywood offers nothing seems to be happening. Instead kollywood has been waiting with several top projects. Asin going around the town talking about pursuing her first love painting.  At least four big projects are being lined up with her in mind. The most likely among them are the Tamil remake of Siddique’s Malayalam film Bodyguard with Ilayathalapathi Vijay. Asin will play the female lead in the film which had Nayantara in the original and shoot will commence in March end.

The project in waiting to be approved by Asin is director A R Murgadoss’s upcoming film with Suriya which will be produced by Red giant movies which will start rolling in May-June.

Meanwhile Simbu wants to cast Asin in his dream project Vaaliban and he had met Asin in Bombay recently to talk about the project. Jeyam Raja the director who introduced Asin to Tamil films has approached her for his next film with Vijay. And the Mother of all projects is Gautham Menon’s Kaakha Kaakha Hindi remake. Gautham is interested to cast Asin in the lead.    

Asin is refusing to talk about her future moves and cited the usual ‘no dates’ clause for not doing Bollywood films. Asin is open to doing Tamil films provided only if the roles are good. Following the huge success of Ghajini in Hindi kollywood actress Asin has made it big in Bollywood. But sources say that she is out of the wish list of many Bollywood biggest directors.

The big question is will Asin accept all the kollywood offers and start the shoot?
